Bio
Cheryl M. Goodwin, MLS, received her B.A. in History from the University of California San Diego, and her Master's in Library Science from the University of Washington. Cheryl spent 24 years as a medical librarian prior to joining MHGS as the Library Director, most recently as the Library Manager at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle. She is actively involved in local and regional professional associations, serving as committee chair and on the executive board. She is an Elder in the Presbyterian Church and has served as Clerk of Session for the past several years. She is also active in the Puget Sound Walk to Emmaus, a spiritual renewal program intended to strengthen the local church through the development of Christian disciples and leaders. Cheryl is married to Paul and has two young adult daughters, Megan and Mary.
