Caleb Mitchel MDIV, MAC, LMHC

Caleb Mitchell obtained his Masters Degree in Counseling and Masters of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary in 2003. He is a licensed therapist in both Arizona and Washington, and has worked in the inpatient hospital setting and in outpatient private practice. Caleb has spoken nationally to professionals working with eating disorders and is a published writer in the area of the intersection of psychology and the theology of the body. Currently, Caleb is working at a residential adolescent eating disorder treatment facility and has a small private practice. Caleb is a previous Mosaic Facilitator at MHGS. He is married and enjoys movies, reading, traveling, and the spending time in the outdoors with his wife and daughter.
Sean Jackson, MA, LMHC

Sean graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University (2002) and with an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Mars Hill Graduate School (2005). Since 2002, Sean has worked with both young and old in a variety of settings from an inpatient psychiatric hospital to a school playground. Currently Sean has a private practice on the top of Queen Anne in Seattle and in Marysville and works part-time at Lake Forest Park Elementary as their Family Advocate. Sean loves to be around his friends and hates to turn down an invitation to a party. He lives with his wife, Laura, and two daughters, Emma and Quinn, in the Greenlake neighborhood of Seattle.
Vanessa V. Villavicencio, MAC, LMHC

Vanessa was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She holds a BS in communications from the University of Puerto Rico and completed her MA in counseling from Western Seminary (now MHGS). Since graduating from Western Seminary in 1999, Vanessa has worked at a residential treatment facility working with sexually aggressive youth; as a managed care counselor working in the community; and as a School
Based Mental Health Counselor where she worked with the Hispanic population. Vanessa also worked at a counseling center working mainly with adults and women issues and began her work with students as practicum facilitator at MHGS in 2006. Currently Vanessa has a private practice in Lynnwood, works as an Intake Clinician at Fairfax Psychiatric Hospital and since 2007 has been working as Practicum
Leader at MHGS. Vanessa lives in the Shoreline area with her husband, Kevin and two sons, Tyler & Logan.

Gina Waggoner, MAC, LMHC

Gina graduated with a BA in Psychology from Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA and earned her Masters of Arts degree in Counseling from Western Seminary Seattle. Since 2001, she has served the MHGS community in various capacities including Practicum Leader, Practicum Facilitator and Teaching Assistant.
A Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Gina has a private practice where she works with individuals and couples. Areas of focus are sexual abuse issues, trauma, dissociation and personality disorders. She is trained in Lifespan Integration and is a member of ISST-D (International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation) and the Masterson Institute.
Gina is co-owner of 3rd Street Therapies in Marysville, WA where she holds her private practice and heads a community of mental health therapists, massage therapists and other services committed to healing such as art, dance and spiritual direction. Her most joyous activities are spending time with her husband, four grown children and spouses, singing, playing guitar, ballet, and kayaking (hopefully with multiple pods of Orcas).
